Commercial Laundries Careers

Commercial laundries consist of several occupations. These occupations are attendant also known as laundry attendant. There are also laundry specialists and linen supply service positions.


Attendant (Laundry Attendant):

Duties: These individuals are responsible for the collection of, sorting of, washing, drying, ironing, and folding of laundered items.

Qualifications: This position requires the ability to read and understand safety procedures, follow cleaning instructions and cleaning schedules. Communication skills are also a must.
